Eat like a Dane
Food tells the story of who we are. With Eat Like a Dane, Café Daisy invites you to discover the dishes that have been part of Danish food culture for generations. Our traditional Danish smørrebrød is a classic lunchtime favourite and is always on the menu. Alongside it, Eat Like a Dane follows the seasons, featuring a different Danish classic throughout the year. Each dish offers a taste of Denmark’s traditions, local ingredients, and food heritage.

Cool down the Danish way
Together with Hansen's Ice Cream, we’ve made a delicious Danish icecream. It’s red berry pudding with cream and pieces of licorice. Available exclusively at the National Museum of Denmark and associated museums.
